The bride and bridesmaids got ready at home. The bridesmaids wore black dresses of their choice and complimented this with a black floral crown. The bride wore a backless gown from Belle and Bounty with a gold headpiece from the US.
After marrying at their local family church St. Thomas a Becket in Warblington, the bride and groom drove off in a classic Mercedes to the Tournerbury Woods Estate on Hayling Island.
At their drinks reception they were serenaded by the Kings Pond Shanty Men – a Hampshire based choir of men, whilst guests mingled against the backdrop of the sea with the local pen hens.
The reception was themed to fit in with the nautical seaside theme with tables named after mythical sea creatures, which was designed by one of her bridesmaids (whose wedding I will be shooting soon!)
After the speeches by the best man, father of the bride and groom which had the guests laughing, they sat down to the wedding breakfast of a hog roast and salad.
The bride and groom cut their naked wedding cake and then opened the dance floor with their first dance.
I hope you enjoyed some of my favourite photos from the day. Leave the bride and groom some love!
