Nigerian Wedding with Lego minifigures
So with the success of the first Lego minifig superhero wedding I completed, I thought I would finish off a second one. Specifically the bride and groom who were rescued by our passing superheroes in London.
Not the full wedding, but some of the scenes that wouldn’t fit into the first wedding. So no cake cutting in this one! (Though that would be delicious!)
Could I create a Nigerian money dance at a wedding, a chocolate fountain or a dinosaur chasing the wedding party? I was determined to find out!
Starting off where we left them in the last wedding, broken down by the side of the road, we go forward and backward from the bride and bridesmaids getting ready whilst the bride’s dad waits patiently with the bridal bouquet – a crystal tipped bouquet of red roses. In meanwhile the groom is down the gym with his sister. The bride and bridesmaids change out of their ankara head wraps and help the bride into her dress. A quick fix of the bride’s dreads and her veil and then it is the short car journey to the small church in the woods. Finally getting to their reception after getting their car fixed, the bride and groom enjoy a chocolate fountain, LOVE letters and a first dance before changing into their traditional outfits and are sprayed with money whilst dancing.
